Danish Tourism show Copenhagen

The Embassy of Uganda in Nordic Countries participated in the Danish Tourism show. The exhibition took three days from 23rd-25th February 2018 with more than 1000 exhibitors and over 60,000 visitors. Danish travel show has existed since 1998 and has grown to be one of the biggest holiday fair in the Scandinavia. We’ve intensified tourism promotions in the Nordic market as part of the economic and commercial diplomacy. Nordic tourists used to know mainly Kenya and Tanzania destinations but with this campaign the trend is changing. We are making them know that in Uganda there’s more to see on addition to what’s in Kenya and Tanzania. For example, in Kenya and Tanzania they have the big 5 animals and in Uganda we also have the big 5 plus 2 (Gorillas and Chimps)
